After weeks of anticipation, the much-awaited CastleKeep Sportsfest 2026 successfully brought
together employees in a vibrant celebration of teamwork, camaraderie, and shared purpose.
Held on April 25, 2026, at the Indiana Aerospace University Gym, this year’s Sportsfest lived up
its theme, “Rise in Harmony: Driven by Play, Bonded by Unity.”

From the opening program to the final awarding ceremony, the atmosphere was filled with
excitement and enthusiasm as employees from different departments came together, not just as
colleagues, but as teammates united by a common goal. The four competing teams: Blink 150
(Blue), Lance 150 (Red), BLT 150 (Yellow), and Ace 150 (Green), showcased not only their
athletic abilities but also their unwavering team spirit.

A wide range of activities energized the day, including basketball, volleyball, badminton, table
tennis, pickleball, chess, and darts. Each game highlighted determination, strategy, and
sportsmanship, reminding everyone that winning is only part of the experience—participation
and collaboration matter just as much.

One of the most anticipated highlights of the event was the Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest Competition,
where candidates confidently represented their teams with charm, wit, and personality. The
crowd also went wild during the Cheer Dance Competition, as teams delivered electrifying
performances that reflected creativity, coordination, and pride.

Beyond the games, the Sportsfest created a festive and inclusive environment. Employees
enjoyed free meals, engaging booths, and exciting raffle draws that added to the day’s energy.
The provision of team jerseys and transportation ensured that everyone could fully participate
and feel part of the celebration.

As the event concluded, outstanding performances were recognized and celebrated:

Overall Champion: Ace 150
1st Runner-Up: Lance 150
2nd Runner-Up: BLT 150
3rd Runner-Up: Blink 150

More than just a day of games, the 2026 Sportsfest served as a powerful reminder of what can
be achieved when individuals come together in harmony. It strengthened connections, fostered
new friendships, and reinforced the company’s commitment to employee engagement and
well-being.

Indeed, this year’s CK Sportsfest was not just about competition—it was about unity in motion,
energy in action, and a shared journey toward excellence
