After seven long years, the IBP Summit 2026 made a meaningful and much-anticipated return,
bringing together IBP Agents for three days of connection, learning, and celebration. Anchored
on the theme “Rising Together: Stronger, Higher, United IBP,” the summit highlighted the power
of collaboration and shared success within the growing IBP community.
The event, held from March 10 to 11, 2026, served as a platform to strengthen relationships,
enhance product knowledge, and recognize outstanding performance across the network.
The summit officially opened on March 10, 2026, with a vibrant Havana Night at Be Resorts. The
evening set a relaxed and welcoming tone as IBP Agents participated in a meet-and-greet
session, allowing them to connect and get to know one another. Personal testimonies were
shared, highlighting individual journeys and inspiring fellow agents. The night also featured
interactive games designed to promote teamwork and camaraderie, creating a strong sense of
unity among participants.
On March 11, activities continued at the Head Office with a comprehensive learning seminar
held at Sto. Niño Training Room. Agents were introduced to CastleKeep Holdings and its
various business units, providing a deeper understanding of the organization’s structure and
operations. A production and quality process video showcased the company’s commitment to
excellence, covering production procedures, quality control, and technical services. This was
followed by an insightful IBP and Marketing talk, equipping agents with strategies to further
strengthen their performance. In the afternoon, participants proceeded with a plant tour, giving
them a firsthand look at the company’s operations and reinforcing their understanding of the
production process.
The Summit concluded with the IBP Summit Night at the Chateau by the Sea. The evening
featured a formal dinner and the much-anticipated awarding ceremony, where top IBP Agents
were recognized with plaques and cash prizes for their exceptional achievements. This initiative
reflects the organization’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding performance, honoring the
hard work and dedication of its top performers while motivating the entire IBP sales force to
strive for excellence.
More than just recognition, the summit also aimed to create aspiration among IBP
Agents—fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment as part of the Skygo family.
Testimonials once again took center stage, reinforcing the impact of the IBP program on both
personal and professional growth. The celebration continued with music and dancing, ending
the summit on a high and memorable note.
